Cement pouring formwork structure is a lightweight, structural
stay-in-place formwork system used to build reinforced concrete
walls. It is composed of two filtering grids made of rib lath and
reinforced by C-profiles. The grids are attached to each other with
articulated rebar connectors. Once Cement pouring formwork
structure is secured I to the ground, concrete is poured inside.
The excess water eliminates itself through the grids while the
fluid concrete becomes semi-solid. The elimination of the excess
water decreases pressure against the grids. Cement pouring formwork
structure remains inside the structure and acts as reinforcement

C-Profiles
Produced from commercial quality cold rolled and hot galvanized
steel in accordance with ASTM C 847.
0.6 mm thickness.
Connectors
Made from steel in coil grade B DIN 17 223 or equivalent.
20 mm width.
1.5mm thickness.
Longitudinal Rebar
Made from Fe 400 (French Norm) or equivalent.
500 N/mm2 elasticity limit.
