Wedge wire is a welded steel structure, mainly used for filtration,
separation and retention media.
It consists of surface profiles, usually V-shaped, that are
resistance welded onto support profiles. The distance between the
surface profiles is controlled very accurately, as it forms the
slot through which the filtrate flows.
Wedge wire filter are welded structures with the support profiles
being rods in the axial direction of the tube and surface profiles
spirally wound around the support profiles. Our wedge wire filter have the unique advantage of very accurate,
narrow slot openings and perfect roundness all in one.
It is supplied in stainless steel and other special steel metals
and alloy metal screens, mainly used on dewatering equipment.
Wedge wire screen is made with certain size of woven wire cloth as
screen fabrics, then framed with stainless steel or coated carbon
steel plates. offering great strenght.precision ,long service life.
